1. Our commitment
We aim to align the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where reasonably applicable to this small-business website.
2. Accessibility features
- semantic headings and landmarks;
- a keyboard-accessible skip link and navigation;
- visible keyboard focus styles supplied by the browser and form controls;
- labels for enquiry-form fields and status messages announced to assistive technology;
- responsive layouts that work at common zoom levels and screen sizes;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- support for reduced-motion preferences; and
- Google Maps held behind a text-based placeholder so core address information remains available without the map.
3. Known limitations
Third-party content can have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. This includes Google Maps, externally hosted fonts, icons and images, and any form page shown by a hosting provider after submission.
The map is optional. The registered-office address is provided as text. If a third-party component is difficult to use, contact us for the same information in a reasonable alternative format.

If you cannot access information, need a reasonable alternative, or want to report an accessibility problem, email hello@odessalux.co.uk. Tell us the page, the problem, the browser or assistive technology used where comfortable, and the format you need.
We will consider the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Technical information
The site uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript. JavaScript is needed for the mobile menu, modal form, privacy preferences and optional map, but the main company, service, price and legal information remains available in the page content.
This statement will be reviewed when significant design or functionality changes are made.
